Our
Vision
Mission Statement
To lead seekers and believers to experience the abundant life that
Jesus promised.
Key Verses supporting Mission Statement
“My purpose is to give life in all its fullness.” John 10:10 NLT
“The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, for he has appointed me to
preach Good News to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim that captives
will be released, that the blind will see, that the downtrodden
will be freed form their oppressors and that the time of the Lord’s
favor has come.” Luke 4:18-19 NLT
Our Values
Relevant—We will become all things to all people
that we might win some. We will not be relevant to be “cool” or
“hip”, but solely to reach the unreached. We want people to say,
“Finally, a church that knows the world I live in.”
Excellent—We will work hard to do our best with
that which we present to God and people. We will not become perfectionists,
because that is not excellence. Excellence is measured by a balanced
life. Excellence is doing the best with what you’ve been given.
Excellence is determined by working hard in a rehearsal to present
an excellent presentation, but then stopping and going home at a
reasonable hour to be an excellent spouse and parent.
Authentic—We will be real and unmasked. We will
know and be known. We will seek to be a church where weaknesses
are exposed and strengths are not held back.
Creative—We will risk something new always. We
will seek to create an environment where we risk and fail and applaud
our failure because we dared to risk. Our God risked in creating
us in His image, knowing we would reject Him. We will seek to be
creative, because our Creator is a creative God—His love is constant,
but His ways of expressing it are always new. “His mercies are new
every morning.”

Our
Strategy
Exciting worship that impacts people where they are.
Jesus made the gospel “seeker friendly”, removing religious jargon
and man made rituals. However, He pulled no punches in explaining
the cost of following him. We believe worship services should be
creative, life applicable, exciting, presentations of God's word
every single week!
Small groups that go deep doing life together.
We believe that every church member needs to be part of a small
group (8-10 people) that is holding them accountable in the spiritual
disciplines. Everyone needs authentic relationships with those they
can share their deepest secrets, pains and joys. We believe this
happens best in the context of small groups. (See The Second Reformation
by William Beckham or Making Room for Life by Randy Frazee.)
